Stephen Harrison is the engine room behind Crewcible Studio’s precision, efficiency, and delivery excellence. With a rare blend of business acumen and post-production expertise, Steve ensures that every project not only meets creative expectations but exceeds operational ones—on time, on budget, and without compromise.

Originally from Canada, Steve spent over a decade in business management before transitioning into the media industry, bringing with him a deep understanding of systems thinking, team logistics, and process optimisation. Since retraining in Media Production at the Canberra Institute of Technology in 2009, he has become Crewcible’s go-to expert for workflow design, asset management, and post-production supervision.

As Operations Manager and Lead Editor, Steve manages end-to-end production pipelines—from media ingest to final delivery—ensuring that every frame, file, and folder is accounted for. His technical toolkit includes expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Da Vinci Resolve, as well as advanced knowledge in colour grading, VFX, 2.5D animation, audio enhancement, and digital asset management.

Steve combines his 20+ years of editing experience with cutting-edge technologies, including AI-assisted tools, to streamline time-consuming tasks, increase accuracy, and maintain data integrity across all deliverables. Whether he’s building custom workflows, managing tight production timelines, or troubleshooting complex post challenges, Steve brings clarity, structure, and a quiet confidence to every project.
